The staff were enthusiastic and courteous and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. The service was nice and the pool was great.

Had a real good stay here. I loved this good modern and luxurious place, stayed there for 3 nights. The location was favorable and nice, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Royal Palace. The room was well-equipped, had private bathroom. The breakfast was above average and great, and the staff were hospitable. It offered excellent service and outstanding food too...

A New, modern but pricy hotel

I was impressed with the modern amenities in the rooms, such as the multiple power points and USB outlets. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control was easy to adjust to my liking. The breakfast at the restaurant exceeded my expectations, especially for business travelers. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to taxis and tuk tuks. considering the price range, I believe there are better value properties in the city.

We had an amazing time during our romantic escape! The rooms were immaculate, with fresh linens and modern amenities. We really appreciated the daily happy hour, a great opportunity to mingle with other guests, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning and offered breathtaking views of the city.

The service staff seemed a bit understaffed during our stay, which sometimes led to slow service. , we noticed a bit of noise from the floors above us, which can be a little annoying, especially if you're trying to sleep-in.

The manager, Mr. Kihm, impressed us with his kindness and the breakfast was managed efficiently with a wide selection of delicious food. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, it was a fun experience.

During my Christmas trip, I appreciated the two complementary items offered, the spacious rooms and the fact that the gym was well equipped. the location was convenient for visiting popular tourist attractions.

The service was a little slow, and the rooftop bar was often unmanned. the soundproofing between rooms was not great, which was a little inconvenient for those who wanted to get some rest.
